Journal Response Paper 1 Due Sept. 17

Find a paper in an academic journal that either poses or addresses an ethical problem in your specific communications field. Submit a 2 page paper with the following components:

1. Complete citation information for the paper to which you are responding
2. A summary of the paper itself
3. Your response to the paper, including important points made, criticisms of the work, and further questions that should be addressed.

On Sept. 17, you should also come prepared with a 7-minute presentation (including PowerPoint or Prezi slides) on your findings.

Hint: try to find papers relevant to your thesis or project. Ultimately you may find these JRPs can feed into a section or chapter on ethics.
